Inspire Success

To my customer…I may not have the answer, but I will find it.
I may not have the time, but I’ll make time.
I may not be the biggest, but I’ll be the most committed to your success.

It seems right now that most people are striving to find solutions to the current economic climate that will change things quickly. Unfortunately life seldom works like that – I know from my own experiences – Last year I had a wonderful time focussing a lot of energy into sport and travel which took my focus away from the process of continuing to build my business. Suddenly the business environment became tougher and when I woke up on January 1 2009 I was faced with the prospect of very little forward work. I have been forced to spend a lot of time thinking about what I do, how I do it and if the outcomes I get are what I want. In itself this has been a very inspiring process of reflection resulting in positive outcomes of action.

All businesses would gain from undertaking the same introspection and reflection.
Fine tuning your business operations by itself is unlikely to recession proof your business. Like all elite performers including business, the thing that sets them apart is the way they think and act.

Over the last two months I have been delivering presentations to a number of groups and organisations around the theme of coping through tough times. What has emerged is a powerful presentation that challenges thinking in all areas but especially on what impacts on success in these times.  In the workshop, participants engender positive change which flows through to performance by leaving with ideas they have committed to act upon immediately.

This is a punchy, inspired presentation ideal for any organisation or team as a catalyst for change. Workshops of longer duration develop the concepts in more depth.

“The team are really fired up after your presentation. The messages were simple and easy to implement; a case of positive good sense. I have found myself examining all my decisions in light of the ‘double loop’. “
